Peter Sommer graduated from massage therapy school in Kennewick, Washington in 1985, then moved to Utah the next year where he obtained his state license and started a massage therapy practice in Bountiful, Utah. He has been practicing in Bountiful ever since and continues to have a strong desire to help relieve pain through massage therapy and encourage healthy lifestyle habits.
Peter operates Sommer Massage (formerly known as Massage Awareness Institute) with the help of his wife Lisa. He and Lisa are long-time residents of Centerville, Utah, the proud parents of 4 daughters, and grandparents to four grandchildren. As both the owner and sole massage therapist at Sommer Massage, Peter is committed to ensure you receive the best care possible.
